Whoa, time is flying...well not really, but it's had to believe we are under 4 weeks now! Thursday I will get the all clear for her to arrive anytime and I am pretty ready! I finished up getting her room organized and we put together everything that we got this past week, which was ALOT! The dresser, glider and ottoman, swing, stroller...We are totally exhausted from reading all the directions :) I got all her clothes organized and everything put away, so I feel more able to relax. There are just a few things that I wouldn't mind grabbing, but for the most part we are ready!!
I had an appointment with Kim on Monday and it went well, I had the group b test, so I should get the results on that at the next appointment. I'm hoping that it's clear and I won't have to be tethered to an IV during labor. She also checked me and I am 1 centimeter dilated already!! Yeah! I know that doesn't really mean much as far as time goes, but the way I look at it, 1 down, 9 more to go :)
I have another appointment with Kim on Monday morning so we'll see if there is any more progress. Last night Bryan was talking to Lola and he asked her if she was coming on Friday and she kicked him :) So either she's coming or she's already playing her first April fools joke on her dad!
It's hard to believe that the time is finally just around the corner, but I am super excited!
Here's some pics of Lola's side of the room :)

35 weeks 2 days...
Soooo I've been slacking in the blogging department. I will try to do better! :)
Total weight gain:
So sad to say I didn't reach my goal, but I guess I can't complain. I'm up 33 lbs. I caught myself thinking, I hope this is a big baby...rethought that idea and now I'll be thankful for a normal size baby and the health to get back into my old clothes :)
How big is baby?
17.2-18.7 inches in length and 4.2 to 5.8 lbs according to the bump. But I will have a little better idea after Monday. I am getting an ultrasound. I asked Kim about her size and position and told her I was a little anxious about the whole girl/boy issue, since my last ultrasound was 18 weeks...so she suggested we do another quick one to take a peak. I didn't know if I really wanted one, but it will only be the 3rd and it will give me some much needed peace of mind, which at this point is probably priceless!
Maternity clothes:
I really really hope I don't have tooooo much longer and I don't get bigger cause things are starting to get just a tad uncomfortable and I REALLY don't want to spend any money on more clothes. I did find some maternity yoga pants at target, which are amazingly comfy!
Stretch marks:
Still the same. I think (hope) I am passed the point of being able to get them, but I guess they could appear at any moment!
Sleep:
Saturday night I thought I was going to lose my mind. I think I slept like a whole 1 hour, which made Sunday and my Baxter shower a tough day to stay awake! But on the positive side every night this week since then I have slept till about 4:30, so I have been enjoying that!
Movement:
She is moving quite a bit still. It's more like pushing than actually kicks, although occasionally she gets a good jab or two that send me through the ceiling!
Food cravings:
Nothing really to speak of. I'm just eating pretty normal. I am trying to cut back a little on processed stuff and do a sort of prelabor cleanse in order to help me feel as energetic and relaxed as possible. I have broken that a few times and had some cereal though :)
Food aversions: Meat, bleh! Cheese, yuck!
Belly button:
Still an inny, but hanging on for dear life!
What I'm looking forward to:
Monday morning when I get to see her for the last time inside! (hopefully still seeing HER, although I will take a healthy HIM if that's the case :) Getting some stuff delivered this week. We got the changing table and glider, so SUPER excited about those and I also scored a super cute wet bag for cloth diapers on eBay, so that should be here any day now. Then Bryan's dad and step mom got us a swing and stroller.
Weekly Wisdom:
I'm trying to just enjoy my life right now. It's tough with all the exciting changes ahead, but I will never pass this way again. I will never not be a mom or have a baby. Enjoying the moments that Bryan and I have left alone I think will help us enjoy the time when she gets here even more.
Weekly joys:
This past week has been short and sweet getting things ready, washing clothes and diapers and being able to relax some.
Indiana update:
We have decided after MUCH prayer and conversation that we will be staying put in Oklahoma for right now. I believe that it is the best place for us at this point. It's hard for me to shift focus like that and be so excited about something and then realize that God is just not leading there, but it was a good lesson in simply crying out to Him for wisdom. The process was full of purpose and meaning and helped to mold us into more of the family God wants us to be. Please pray for Bryan as he continues to sort out what God has for him specifically as a ministry/job.

34 weeks
Total weight gain:
So, since my last update I had a little almond butter run in and I'm up 29 lbs! Bleh, well, what are ya gonna do, right?!
How big is baby?
baby weighs a little over 4 pounds and has passed the 17-inch mark.
Maternity clothes:
I just bought a dress for my shower...hoping that I can keep my feet and ankle swelling down long enough to not look completely ridiculous! It's actually just a cotton dress from Old Navy, so I can wear it in the summer too.
Stretch marks:
Amazingly enough Nada!
Sleep:
Um, well, it's alright, been better, been worse.
Movement:
She is still moving strong and pretty consistently throughout the day and even night. It's more like my entire stomach moves now though, pretty crazy to watch and think about what she is doing in there!
Food cravings:
Tonight I am kind of craving something chocolate, something ice cream...but too lazy to go anywhere, so this craving will go unmet!
Food aversions: I feel like it is more just smells than specific foods at this point. Please no sloppy joes at 9 in the morning!
Belly button:
Happy to say we are still an inny. Wonder if I will pop out at the last second...
What I'm looking forward to:
I have a shower with Bry's family on Sunday, so I am super excited about that. Also looking forward to just getting more prepared and ready for Lola's arrival. We set a date of April 1st to be ready to go as much as possible, so it's just around the corner!
Weekly Wisdom:
Random thought, guarding your heart isn't just for dating relationships. Being open is a good thing, but should also be reserved for the right people and situations. Sometimes you don't need to explain everything to everyone!
Weekly joys: Finishing up my pre-shower cloth diaper stash, I've gotten 28 for under 200$, I'd say that's pretty good! Being able to just relax. I've had a few nights "off" this week and just being able to stay home and rest has been really a big blessing! Seeing Bryan getting more excited. He's so cute, after our childbirth class he had his bag packed and ready for the hospital :) Then the next morning he was getting dressed out of the bag, cause he packed stuff he still needed, lol, but it's the thought that counts, right?! :)
